After ‘RKTKN #2’ things went quiet on the Raketkanon front. A well-deserved break for the noise rock lunatics? Time to recharge their batteries after a trying period? Whatever the reason, it did them a world of good because ‘RKTKN #3’ is more eclectic and more ‘out there’ than ever. So what hasn’t changed?
