FAQ: Tickets

    • Your Pukkelpop ticket is strictly personal and non-refundable. You can't sell it or pass it on to someone else without the official Pukkelpop exchange service. If a ticket is sold or transferred without permission and the ID does not match the ticket, entrance will be denied.
    • As in previous years, we'll set up an exchange service and a Ticket Meet Up page starting August 1st via www.pukkelpop.be.
    • An administrative fee of € 16 will be charged for every change of user.
    • The type of the festival ticket (Friday, Saturday, Sunday or combi) and the type of the campsite ticket remain the same after a name change.
    • More info, double check our General Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions of the exchange service.
    • No, do not buy tickets in online auctions or from second-hand sites! Pukkelpop tickets always have the ticket-holder’s name on them and cannot be transferred unless via the official exchange service.
